Star Wars Original Trilogy Documentary

In light of the recent developments with Disney purchasing Lucasfilm I figured this would be a fitting post. I just hope Lucasfilm didn't sellout to the Empire... I don't think Disney always follows the path of the Jedi :P

'Sense of Scale' screening at Sci-Fi-London

I was planning on going to this screening at Sci-Fi-London but due to the crunch time on 'Gravity' I don't think I'm going to make it.

Sense of Scale

'This documentary is about the dying art of model making focusing on the personal stories of the model makers whose work shaped and enhanced the impact of feature films and gave it a breathtaking scale.'

'Classic Creatures' Return of the Jedi (1983)

This 1983 PBS behind the scenes look at the creatures of 'Return of the Jedi' is an awesome glimpse into the ILM model shop during it's prime. There's lots of footage of work in progress puppets and stop-motion rigs from the film.
