I remember watching this show back in the day. It was really well put together and gave people a real in depth look in to how a lot of the VFX for some the biggest movies of that time were created. I really enjoy the interviews with the people from ILM and how they show how each scene was crafted. Without this we would have not gotten to the amazing effects that are created today with stereoscopic design and films such as Avatar would not be possible. I truly believe that in order to know where this is going it’s necessary to know where it’s been. The greater the understanding of all styles and techniques of VFX the more appreciate we can have for the movies that are being created. I work for a high-end VFX studio and we specialize in VFX for the advertising industry, we too are doing some pretty amazing stuff these days.
